Ok, What I have done is basically made the pic and writing into a sig for you.

You can actually link the actual sig to your website, so that when people scroll over the sig, and click on it, the link will be under that.
You will need to do that from you end though.

Edited to say, if you want me to make the sig more fancy I can, like use a different font etc, just let me know, I basically just used exactly what you already had.
