Can I be a fat fighter too?
I need to lose 17kg
I have been exercising alot lately but I have also been eating alot

so I haven't actually lost any weight
My biggest problem is snacking during the afternoon when the girls are asleep & at night after they have gone to bed (especially if DH goes out).
I actually need to completely overhaul our whole family's eating habits because we all snack on junk instead of healthy stuff
