I'm not too sure what I weigh in atm either with all this chirssy eating, snacking, over indulging

I'm guessing roughly 60kg, but at 5ft nothing it REALLY shows iykwim? My long term goal is to get down to roughly 53kg (my prepreg weight), my short term goal is to stop giving into all the naughty things I shouldn't be eating, trying to find the motivation to get out for some walks (preferrably without all the kids

) and just overall eat better, feel better
