ok, I'm in too. DH and I are on the CSIRO diet (have been since 3 weeks before Christmas).
starting weight: 79kgs
lost 3kgs in two weeks on the diet with NO EXERCISE!! sadly this seems to be all I've managed, so exercise is now also on the plan. want to lose 10kgs, but no set time frame, just want to get down to 69kgs, which is about where I was when I fell pregnant with Louis.
Larissa, i haven't done pilates but I want to. I hear it's great for fixing up the stomach muscles after pregnancy

also supposed to help elongate the muscles or something like that.
