My Curves has decent opening hours (well I think they are decent - but they are only open in the morning, and then again in the afternoon) - I'd be going after work on the 3 days I work so kiddies are already at Mum's or at daycare. But it's pricey - my sister is a member and said it's about $200 joining fee!
