I used BB Hemp when Isabel was a newborn on the small size setting. I also had some BubbaJ size 1s that still fit Isabel now on the largest settings. So even though they're a little more expensive, the BBs should last for most (if not all) of the time the bubba is in nappies.

I've never seen a fluffies so don't know if they're a one size nappy or not.
