)
you can advertise yourself on your own site as much as you please because we can always click off it, but doing it on anothers persons site or emailing them is undesirable.
I haven't posted a "minimum" on updates like some rings do, because we are mums first and bloggers second and like Joh said sometimes it's a low fluffy period! But ther's a few that haven't updated since they joined, it's not mandatory but just makes it more enjoyable "ring surfing" lol
