Maybe try a sandman or VBSN with a pink soaker or shorties, or a fleece cover.
I like Keester covers, they aren't bulky at all and I've never had a leak with them
Not sure what colours you can get in those.
Missy Moo pockets are great, but you don't want pockets.. but I know you can get those in girly colours.
