I have been using a dream ezy velour nappy that I got from nurture nappies for a while now. It is really trim, I don't think it would suit a massive wetter, I boost with a couple of bamboo mini boosters which does the trick for us, but Maia mostly wakes up dry now, then does a giant pee first thing - it catches that fine though.
If you're happy with the swaddlebees though, why not boost them and use some woolies or fleece pants over the top just in case of leaks?
