I agree with having a potty around, offering it to her, etc. Emma used to always poo after her bath, so around 16 months we started sitting her on the potty then. Then she went off it for a while - didn't want to sit on it. We just had it around (get used to a potty in the living area, lol) and after a while she started sitting on it for pees. She was pretty much TT just before 2, which was in the spring, but still having accidents across that summer (no nappies though).
