Default Re: Should I try to TT her?

I think there's a difference between pushing for tt-ing and encouraging a bub's toilet awareness. Go with your instincts and start when Becky and you are ready

We've had a potty in front of the toilet for quite a while and every now and then we'll catch a poo or a wee in it if I pick up on Mischa's signals. (I learned a lot about her signals, how often etc from having lots and lots of nappy free time.) I don't seem to get the opportunity to go to the toilet by myself these days, so I use it as an opportunity to talk to Mischa about what I'm doing. Sometimes (if she's interested) I'll sit her on the potty while I'm on the toilet. But I don't really consider what I'm doing as toilet training because I feel like we're taking it really easy and I'm not looking to have her out of nappies by any particular age. (Although before she starts school would be great ) But obviously it is toilet training I just figured she seemed ready. We're not all that consistent with it, we're just playing around with it.
