Here's a South African Curry recipe to make it multinational!
Fry one medium size onion then add 500g mince (any kind) and a cup of grated carrot if you want to add a vegetable. When the mince is cooked add 1tsp-1tbsp curry powder and then 1-3tb fruit chutney. Basically keep adding curry powder and chutney untill you like the taste!

Serve over rice with fresh tomato wedges on the side and a healthy sprinkle of dessicated coconut and some slices of banana on top over the meat. YUM!
