wow susan, sounds like you're doing well! i've been a bit slack with the exercise this week (still played netball but have done pretty much nothing else) but doing better with the portion sizes than usual. still eating too much cake

i tried to make a low fat cake from one of my ww cookbooks the other day for thursday's nappycino, but realised i didn't have low fat canola spread so it was pretty much full fat (and delicious).

at my last weigh in (monday) i'd lost another 0.8 kg so i'm back on track (having put on weight a few weeks ago).
how's everyone else going?
