I used cloth and covers for both boys from around 5kgs onwards. I didn't know about woolies back then, so I had invested in pul covers from BBH. I probably used 6 (for both boys) smalls, and then have 4 each of medium and large and they are both still using them and both fit into both sizes quite well. The large I use for bulkier nappies.
They are 1 and 2 yrs old now.....11 and 14 kgs respectively.
