Hugs Suzanne- I have one boy like this too (the others are fine luckily). I gave up feely guilty and decided to do what worked for him. So every now and then he has a stint (maybe just 2 or 3 in a row- or an overnight) in sposies and I never let that burn/rash get to the point where he has blisters, etc and is in real pain. The sposies do keep their bottoms drier than most cloth nappies (though I do have a couple that are great at keeping him dry- I look for lush fleece inners). It is not something you neccessarily notice if you have a child who does not rash. The other thing for Hayden, is detecting and changing those poo nappies pronto! He is a fruit bat and has toxic poo to prove it. You know how when flying foxes poo on your car it destroys the paint unless you clean it asap? (lol maybe only those in the tropics have experienced this?!). Well it is the same deal
