Ok so I'm stressing about losing my files now....I spoke to someone at MacSupport for the fourth time today and 'the plan' did not work
My 9mth old MacBook was pronounced dead at 4pm this afternoon and needs to be sent away (1500km) for an autopsy. I'd like to dedicate this excerpt of a song to it:

Recently reformatted our old (reliable!) laptop and just loaded Word tonight (to rewrite my very overdue essay
) and it's all different! So it's going to take me a while to work out how to use the program....gggrrr wwwwaaaaaaaaa
