Default Re: what could be causing leg nappy rash?

okay SOLVED!, with a sposie overnight, and - cotton terry fitteds in the day, changed every 2-3 hours, no lining or cover, just wool longies.

it feels so strange to me to be changing a whole nappy off to the wash when there's only been one pee in it! (it's got an internal soaker of 3 terry layers);

ah well, they're good workhorse nappies. they're motherease, and i bought them before i knew about bamboo and hemp. but hey - they dry quickly, wear well, and very soft even when wet.. i guess cotton has its own benefits in the end over bamboo!

but it's so good to see his skin clear and not red anymore....

okay a question - if he's sensitive to fleece then... would he also be sensitive to fleece covers and flongies? or is it different if it's not part of the nappy but over it all? (maybe cos it doesn't chafe in the same way while he walks?)

i'm considering getting training pants undies and sticking a folded booster in there, seeing as i have to change so often anyway..
