I just send Gracie to daycare with one itti bitti for them to use at nap-time and heaps of pairs of knickers and pants. IMHO you don't need training pants - best to put the knickers on and see how they go. I would first be doing it while you are home with her and seeing how she goes and when she is going quite well to the loo I would then implement at day care - nice and steady for her too
And don't forget she will go back and forward re: TT
But no rush and no need to stress, she will do it in her own time. Maybe have a chat with your daycare and see what they feel is best too - I know mine were really helpful as they had 'been there and done that' so many times
