I agree with Bec; I wouldn't be sending her to daycare in training pants until she's really got TTing and comfortable with it at home. No need to rush it, just follow her kead abd progress .Discuss with daycare that you've started the process and they'll probably start to take her regularly.
Agree that training pants aren't necessary also; Lily never wore them at all
