DD has been in "big girl panties" since early March, still using nap and night-time nappies.
The problem is her undies. She has a variety of brands - Bonds, Pumpkin Patch and Target, and she seems to get horrible red patches of irritation from them. I think the Bonds ones are better than the others, but she has been scratching herself raw in patches and the rest of the area covered by her undies seems pink/red. I never expected this when we left nappies behind.
It has become worse with winter. Creams don't seem to do much except if I use an over the counter mild steroid cream.
How did we get through 2.5 years of nappies with no rashes, and this happens now?
I thought perhaps bamboo or organic cotton undies might help. Does anyone know where I can get some in size 2-3, or recommend some brands.
