1. Do you have to use wet wipes or do you find normal toilet paper ok? We are getting a lot of skid marks! (TMI) Just toilet paper here.
2. When is it reasonable for them to start wiping themselves? DS is nearly 3. I think it just depends on the individual child. My older two were very independant and just started doing it themselves, and William just stopped asking for help one day. So the girls were about 3, but William about 3 3/4?
3. For Mums of boys, DS has great aim and never gets wee everywhere. Do they all go through phases of being really messy, or is it safe to assume he'll always be good about aiming? We started with sitting down to wee, but he stands now (after going to use a public toilet that was too disgusting to sit on urgh!) but we have very few messy aims. Again I think it depends on the child.
