I went op-shopping today and found a pair of PP size 1 that long enough to cover her legs, and a pair of Target size 0 that can be worn as 3/4 length. Both cost me $10 so not too bad
You're quite right Tikki. I noticed today that a lot of size 3 pants look a little smaller than size 1&2 but heaps longer.
