Hi Diva (and Dan and Tyler

) Your little one was born the same day as my forth little one Ari

2 layers of bamboo fleece is quiet stiff and thick imo for using as flats and I do think that although terry is thinner (less gsm), is is much soft and silkier to use as a flat, iykwim. I use 2 layer (approx 30-35 X 30-35 cm) trifold in my pocket nappies and on occasion use them in cover as is. I know you are saying that you don't want to fiddle around with sewing

but a couple fitted pockets without top stitching around elastic might suit. You can use trifolds to stuff them, they come apart for faster drying, and if the elastic happens to go in them is is very easy (accessible) to replace. With Tyler being 4 months be would probably be going in to medium sizing which seems to last ages (Ari and Nate (2) both wear mediums in many nappies). Anyways, welcome back to NC, Hayley.
