To top it all off

Justin now has thrush on his widdle. The mouth only cleared up late last week and now this. We got some canestein(sp??) cream and have been told to put that on him twice a day. Would that be enough or should I do more, ie, put it on more often and is there anything else I can give him for it?

They suggested using a barrier cream when he has nappies on. I got some bottom balm today from nurture nappies. Would that work or would I need sudocream or something like that?

The only time he wears nappies is when he is asleep or we go out. We were out all day today so I don't think that would have helped him much.
