I feel a bit "nappy challenged" LOL and I don't really know what to do about this.
Freya has a bunch of red spots on her bum - there were only 3 yesterday but today they have multiplied. No pus or open sores or anything like that, just raised red spots. Obviously some kind of rash, but I want to get it in hand before it gets worse.
I change her quite frequently - after a nap, between sides for a feed usually, and again before a nap - so she's never in a wet nappy for too long, unless she has a long sleep. I'm not using liners (maybe I should start?).
If I was using disposables I'd put some rash cream on the spotsNot sure if I should do this now though? I know I could give her nappy free time to help it out, but it's quite cold here atm, and she really doesn't like being cold so I'm reluctant to do that. Also she's still not really awake all that much except for feeding and a little bit between naps/feeds so there's really not much time for that atm. And I'm not going to feed her with no nappy on!
Any suggestions about what I could do?

I bought some curash cream today, as I've had success with that in the past on the boys when needed. I saw the powder and almost got some! will have to add that to the list for this weeks shop
