![]() you could try dusting her bum with cornflour? or something else gentle that would absorb any excess moisture? I found tiny rashes like that usually went away on their own within a day or so.

Instead of cream what about some boobie juice
![]() I would also try some liners too and maybe abit of nappy free time....you could feed her nappy free with a towel or terry flat under her to catch anything

Hey Kim, Katherine has very sensitive skin and what ended up working for us was curash powder. I tried everything else, and nothing worked, I think perhaps with her fine skin she chafs a bit. Especially after daycare where of course they don't change as frequently as we do at home.

I bought some curash cream today, as I've had success with that in the past on the boys when needed. I saw the powder and almost got some! will have to add that to the list for this weeks shop
