Strong ammonia smell from wet nappies

Sorry, I wasn't clear with my OP. The nappies are washing up fine - it's more DD I was concerned about - like is there something wrong with her - UTI, etc...? She sees to be better now, though - just a day or two of really stinky strong ones. Maybe it was something I ate??

nothing to worry about unless she seems unwell in herself - they go through stinky nappy days/stages and its perfectly normal
