My little man has had the worst nappy rash (oddly he was in disposables i was trying to use them up before going in the cloth full time) but it was just getting worse so i have put him in cloth- thinking it may be a reaction to the sposies- but i also used sudocream on him... How do i get it off my bumgenius nappy???
Also any tips on getting his butt to clear up without ruining my nappies??? ( i have given him as much nappy free time as i can but its very chilly) oh and he is pooing like every nappy, i change asap... and he is 4 weeks old Thanks

I will try that Thanks...
Next dumbish question... What is a natural liner? Can i make one easily or would i be better to buy them? Thanks sooooo much for the many helpful answers! ![]() He is changed about 2 or 3 hourly - every time he has a feed.... and immediately if i suspect a poo....

![]() Natural liners are usually raw silk like these or these and are very effective in assisting healing of nappy rash. You are much better off buying them as it's not easy to get hold of raw silk. ![]() Otherwise I think the PP meant using nappies with a natural fabric liner like cotton, hemp or bamboo so that there isn't any synthetics touching bub's skin as some babies can react to it. ![]()
