Default nappy rash?? Allergy?? Sensitivity?? HELP!!

Hi all

Emily never had nappy rash, so this is a whole new ba;; park for me!!

Zoe has a *rash* over the front half of her nappy area. Not spots, just a covering of pink . . . up to the top of where her nappy goes, a bit further out on the legs, but only on the fron, her bum, is compeletly fine. It is incredibly dry

I am smothering it in vitamin e cream, use fleece liners . . .

Would cornflour be suitable in this sort of situation?? I thought that it was mainly for a weeping type rash??? As I said, no idea!!

TIA

Mel have you tried her in any non fleece nappies, or without the liners??
She may be senstive to the reaction between her urine and the fleece, hence the rash only on the front?
