Chicken Pox in nappy area

Ok Ethan's pox are taking over LOL but the poor little mite has them the most in his nappy area his poor little balls are covered and his bum is worst.
Can anyone give me an idea what would be good to help him in this area as when he has a nappy on he is very uncompy but at night its not an idea to go nappy free
My nappies are mostly fleece lined so thinking the fleece is making it worst but also thinking without will make him have wee in contact with this area, I'm trying to change him asap or going with out a nappy
Since we got up this morning he has had 2 baths which has helped
I'm worried how he will go when they scab over down there

Calendula ointment/ calendula and chickweed gel or aloe vera?

I know I was concerned that J would get them and how I would manage it with his excema but I spoke to the naturopath and those were her suggestions.

Thanks Carmen I'll try the aloe vera as I have a large plant, that reminds me I really need to transplant it into a larger pot

Definately aloe vera

and I just piled the towels/terry flats up of a night and did nappy free

Oh poor darlin

I changed all Benji's covers to fleece so softer, and tried to have fleece inner nappies on him too.
Aloe Vera I definately recommend
