Default ok anyones baby get rashy from??

polar fleece. now ella had red sores which the doc said were molluscum, but they only occured when i had her in cloth.. so she has been in and out of sposies.. well i figure it not molluscum, so thought maybe the synthetic inners! but we also use polar fleece liners sometimes too. And just by coincidence have i think narrowed her rash down too the polar fleece, so now we dont let it touch her and she is ok in cloth, so im guessing its not the inners but the liners instead that she is allergic too..

anyone else babies have a reaction too polar fleece?? and wat do u use as liners instead for if cream is needed etc??

i have 2 metres of flannelette atm i could make either wipe of liners out of or both since i need both. any ideas?? do u think it would be the fleece. see df used a fleece liners as a wipe the other night as we were out and then ella got big red sores on her bum again. so thats how we have brought it down too the fleece also now we havent used any fleece its cleared up.

    yup here too.
Use cotton velour or bamboo velour and make liners out of that. Wont be stay dry though, but I find Ash doesn't care

I think some people use silk liners instead of fleece

Caelan seems to react to fleece. I've got some flannelette I'm going to use for liners next time I need to put cream on him. I use face washers as wipes, so I have used those as liners when I've been desperate.

Silk liners are supposed to be really good.

The flannel will do the job, just not as lush as cotton or bamboo velour.

None of those natural fabrics will have the stay dry effect, but I also found my kids didn't get bothered by that, I changed pretty often anyways

Closer to winter some spotlight stores get it in.. and they will still have no idea what you are talking about
Otherwise if you are in Brisbane, Bek at Pookey Pockets usually has some.. check her website for opening dates through xmas and new year tho
