Swollen Perineum

Has anyone's baby had this? My baby girl has a swollen perineum, it started to swell about a week ago. No nappy rash, just the swollen bit. She has recently had a cold and was feeling unwell for the last week, related??

It doesn't seem to be bothering her.........

apparently its normal from a surge of hormones during birth,,,??it should settle down after not long, otherwise id check with a doctor perhaps

It has gone down a little, but not completely. It's now squished into a bit of a point because of her butt cheeks I suppose . It's not red anymore and it actually isn't bothering her at all. I think it is still going down. I have an appt to see the nurse next week, will see what she reckons.
