    Default Canestan Wash?

This may be a silly question but my DD has had a horrible NR and has been on a cortisone cream to rule out thrush. Anyway I have been reading about putting canestan in the wash to ensure any nasties are killed off and was wondering how you go about it???

do you have a fabric softener dispenser? if so, then you can just put it in there and it will release during the rinse cycle otherwise, just wait for your rinse cycle and pour some in once the water is in. HTH

You need to make sure you're using the canesten wash, not the canesten cream too - you probably already know that but I thought I'd say it just in case!
