Default Is this a wool rash?

I had DS in a soft wooly soaker today and it is quite warm where we live (coming into Summer). In the bath my husband noticed he had tiny red dots scatted around his legs and his tummy. Does this sound like it could be a reaction to wool? He has worn wool soakers before and I hadn't noticed a rash, but thought maybe it was because it's getting warmer.

Any thoughts?

Hmmmm. could be, sounds like it's just where the wool touches skin. Could also be a simple heat rash? Hard to say, if it happens every time you use the soakers, then probably a wool rash. Can he wear a woollen jumper without probs?
