Thanks Bec,

She doesn't seem to be in pain..and at 25 months with a huge vocabulary she is certainly able to tell us! I think I'll send her to FDC in fitteds and bumjumpers and ask her carer to change her more often (we usually send AIO's and pockets)
Our GP suggested betadine ointment which is messy but does seem to help.
It has helped me just knowing that others have dealt with this too...it just looks so nasty doesn't it?
