Hiya Everyone,

I know I can contact Buyena admin, but thought it would be a quicker response from here. I have sold a few things on Buyena yesterday and today and I can't work out how to send the final details to my buyers. I don't even know if I am making any type of contact with them Please help me

Hi Kirsty

Sign in and click on the 'selling' tab.

Scroll down until you see Sold Items : ( x items) / View sold item details (this is a link)

Click on the link to view the sold item details

You should be able to see things like 'send an invoice', 'send bank details' and 'message board'

Click on each of those and follow the prompts for each and you should be right :-)

PS- the message board is just private communication between you and the buyer, the comments part is like feedback and everyone can see it ;-)

From my experience as a buyer, if you follow Lindy's instructions the 'send an invoice' and 'send bank details' will both be an email to your buyer. If you leave something on the message board, your buyer will get an email letting them know to check the message board. At least, that's what I've been receiving.
