Am also wondering why my ebay feedback is showing as 0 when it's 38 (and when you click on the link to ebay it shows my feedback correctly)?

I had an item end last week with no bids on it and I wanted to relist it, so I went to the ended items page and ticked relist and then submit and I was told, thanks, a relisting fee has been added.....but then I get two emails saying 1. it was relisted and 2. it's ended again, straight after it was listed?
Any ideas?

Anyone? I want to relist it but I don't want to keep getting charged if it automatically ends it straightaway?
Guess I should just make a new listing.

HUGE DRAMAS ON B4B

I can't access people's addresses who have purchased from me since its been "upgraded", I didn't recieve any emails when auctions ended. I also can't put in a help ticket because its telling me the email address I am entering is not correct!

The login system for the help area is not the same as buy for baby, it is entirely independant. Create a new account, you don't have one, then submit the item numbers you need addresses for, easy peasy. Remember your buyers also knew that there were going to be upgrades and downtimes, so I'm sure they will not be upset. I must say though that there was a reason I told people to backup messages and buyers details

It was hard because I forgot what day it was ending (these auctions) and was away most of the weekend and didn't recieve any emails saying it was finished etc... Also I have used the help section before so not sure why the login isn't working

If you were away for the weekend, you have not used the help section before, it was installed on Sunday. And all emails are sent BCC to me from the ugprade for the next few days and there was definitely an email sent
