where can we view invoices for our listed items? I can see the total I owe, but would like to see how each amount was calculated. I think I may have been charged image upload twice on my listings as it didn't work when listed and I need to go back and edit them

If you click on "Account History" under "My Account" in the left hand menu, and then choose the dates, it should show you your fee history. (click on the invoice name to view the invoice for that auction)
Clicking on the auction ID will take you to the auction page also.

Is anyone else having the problem of not being able to contact buyers of items? I didn't have addresses for two of my buyers (my fault, I took down all the addresses but when those two ended i musn't have saved the changes, so no address for two of them!) and had to wait for them to contact me, cos I couldn't for the life of me find anyway to contact them, the little drop down box where you can choose to contact buyer isn't there on this new version, and I couldn't find anyway of contacting them.

They've now contacted me and it's all sorted.....

but, my new problem is that I've got two buyers that haven't paid me yet, and I have no way of contacting them about it???? How do i get in contact with them, am i not seeing some button or something?

For sales that ended BEFORE the upgrade, you need to submit a support ticket to be provided with the contact details. Do this by clicking "Help" from the Buy for Baby menu and be sure to include the auction ID.

Sorry Jo I know you have tonnes of stuff you're still doing with B4B.. but I'm abit lost.

With the "Seller Verification Payment" I'm sure I paid this awhile back way before the upgrade (I might be wrong). Am I remembering right, or is it new? Do I have to pay it again?

I also have $5.26 owing in the "Fee Payment" bit. I'm sure I paid what I owed after my last auctions.

I'm just abit confused cause I don't understand all the fees etc associated with auctions (yep I know i SHOULD know!).

I've just listed some stuff on B4B but how come it doesn't automatically post a thread here for me?

I paid my fees last week but my account is still showing 'suspended' ? I had listed 4 or 5 nappies that were suspended because the listings took my account over the $10 limit. Once my account is fixed and showing $0 owing, will they automatically be relisted or do I need to relist everything again?
