Does anyone know how to contact a buyer on b4b by typing in their user name? I can't see some of my buyers details, only what items have finished. Its a bit of a mess in there and I can't see some of the items sold either.

from memory you click on items sold, then details and another screen pops up thats more detailed

yep the sold - detail page, then there is a drop down bit where you can "ask buyer"
