You need to email the receipt. If you don't advise it's coming then I don't know not to cancel your account, which happened yesterday afternoon. You might want to either check your gmail account more frequently or use one you do check because this is about the third time it has happened to you.

Really sorry for the confusion, I had a tight deadline and had to get out the door to take Liam swimming. In hindsight I should have mentioned that it applied ONLY to those with an outstanding balance of more than $3.00.

No problem, I had to use gmail because it no longer accepted my hotmail and I don't check gmail very often, sorry about that. I've paid the outstanding amount doesn't matter if the account closes or is suspended as long as you get the money, I don't use it very often anyways..

Hi Jo,
Can you tell me what has happened with b4b? I have tried to get into the site through links in my favourites and through a google search but IE won't let me in, it asks for a username and password. I just want to check on a purchase I'm waiting on.

The site is currently down for upgrades. There were several emails sent about it.
All "my messages" will be gone, due to upgrades of the software.
Auctions that were about to end will be extended.... not sure about anything else though

Sorry about that, my email came a couple of days ago (actually, just check - came yesterday) and it said it would be down for a few hours not days so I thought it was up and running again by now.
(also just checked - I missread it, it didn't say how long it would be down for, ooops)
I'll head back into my box now.

I'll PM you too because obviously there are a few issues. I haven't received anything in my spam box from B4B either (I check it almost daily) and I didn't get any notices last week either so obviously not everything is coming through. I just need to know how to pay the account and it will be done straight away.
