I wash in hot, 3 x and dry hot. Check your lint trap in between.
Hemp needs several washings to remove the oils. I do my 100% OCF and Hemp/OCV the same process.

My last lot of hemp was 10metres, how long will it take to dry at the laundromat?
I plan to use the big 'for doonas and blankets' washing machine there...

I had 2 5m lengths, both fitted in my washing machine but had to do the tumble drying separately - it kept rolling itself into a tight ball and was dry on the outside and wet in the middle - had to go to it every 15 mins and pull it all out and rearrange it - a big PITA! A bigger dryer at the laundromat might be better though. I gave mine 2 or 3 hot washes, can't remember which.
