Lightbulb Help me! I'm cleaning silk liners...

I usually clean my silk liners (yes I love them, yes they work for nappy rash!) by handwashing with organic baby shampoo (the same one I use on his head!). I generally have an idea when a poo is due and use a fleece liner but he has sneaked a poo into a silk liner How on earth am I going to get it out? Any ideas?

When this happened to me I could not get the stain out If you caught it straight away it should though? Maybe let it soak a little while in the water/shampoo solution? I use wool wash (lanolin free) on mine.

I couldn't get the stain out of mine, I hand washed with organic body wash and the sun didn't bleach it out either.
It's still completely useable and works well to prevent the rash from coming when it's a little red. The stain has no affect on it.

The stains on ours have faded with time in the sun, but it's taken at least three months for it to happen. (I just kept using them and washing them as per normal)

I figure it's really just aesthetics and doesn't effect the job the liner needs to do. I have slight staining on mine, but the sun has bleached them lighter and lighter over time. Same as nappies aswell.

Well I soaked them overnight in Earth's Choice wool wash and quite a miracle happened - very little and on some absolutely no staining left... very happy!
