Can't put a snap in, so I guess I'll have to darn it by hand. Don't worry, I wasn't expecting it to look good

No, there's not enough room for that idea, but it sounds brilliant. I'll give it a shot if I get a hole in a more roomy spot. These holes are between snaps which are really close together because they're cross over tabs.
I'll have to just see what I can do with a needle and thread. Guess I can't make it any worse. I hope.
