When you do the warm pre rinse - do you put the powder in then? or when you start the normal cold cycle?
Also When you get your bamboos to prewash b4 use.... i understand you dont have to dry between washes but do you use detergent or not? |

For a full load of nappies I put them in for a quick cold rinse cycle (18mins), then add the appropriate amount of washing powder and wash as normal
If the water looks soapy for any reason at the end of the wash I'll rinse and spin again before laying the nappies out in the sun. I have a very water efficient machine that I love to bits ![]()

I think it depends on your machine... Mine I can set to do a pre-rinse with its own little dispenser if I want to add soap etc, and then a different dispenser for the main wash cycle....
I also add an extra rinse to any of my *dirty* loads... especially as I rarely wash nappies these days ![]()
