Default What wool wash do you use?

Im just curious because you can buy wool wash from the supermarket cant you? (well my mum always did, but I have never bought that kind).

Or do you prefer to buy it from an mcn website?

Is the one from the supermarket safe to use on your soakers and longies etc?

    Thanks

I use the sonnet from the Yarn Cafe but supermarket stuff is fine as long as you don't use too much as it's quite sudsy

Might as well give it a try, Will just make sure I follow the instructions properly!

Thanks I havent lanolised longies in ages, but lately have been washing my woolies in delicates bags on gentle with the wool wash I have here.

This should still be ok for bubs longies to just lanolise afterwards shouldnt it?

I use earth from woolies, but it's really strong. I do have the foamy sheepish grins wash but don't like it much.

I have two wool washes. I have my own wool/lanolin which i need to get some more of made, and the earth's choice one. I also have some unicorn wash and fibre rinse which I use for my finer knits (silk, cashmere etc - read expensive ones)

I'm shocking, I don't normally wash my non nappy woolies very often. But nappy woolies at least once a month and we only have night nappies these days
