I have a nappy that has recently delaminated, but it is still completely usable - no leaks as the laminate is obviously still intact. I don't think there is actually any way to fix it, but if it doesn't leak you wont need to anyway
DD 8, DD 6, Twin DSs 2.5, Twin DS & DD 1 on the 16th Jan
Yep exactly what Kylie said, I have a Blueberry and three ittis which I bought in Jan (Grrr - I'm just too lazy to send them back) which have all delaminated and they all still work fine.

I would suggest you contact the maker to see if they are still under warrenty. You cant fix it. The PUL layer is at risk of getting holes it in when its not attached to the fabric as its quite thin. You can still use it though Would make a good swim nappy if it does eventually give out.
I have two bum genius nappies that did this, one now has a hole in the laminate, the other's ok. Mine were 2nd hand but unused, so no warranty, boo. I don't add them to my 60c strip wash though, or the dryer ever, I'm afraid the thin laminate would melt, dunno if it actually would though, lol, just paranoid.
