    Default Care of Silk Liners

I was wondering if anyone has any ideas on taking care of silk liners.
I bought some recently as we kept getting a rash from our Bum genius I wanted to see if a natural fabric would prevent the rash from occurring as my son has very sensitive skin. So far so good with the liners.

I have been following the instructions from Nurture Nappies where I purchased them from which is a handwash in mild shampoo. What I want to know is how can you get poo stains off the liners without ruining them??

    Any ideas?

Putting them in the sun should take care of that. Is there any sun in Melbourne ATM?
I know it's not pretty, but as long as they're clean it doesn't matter if they're stained. Better to avoid nappy whitners that may remove the sericin (the stuff on the silk that actually helps with nappy rash) and have marks on your liners, than make your expensive liners not work but washing them incorrectly.
When the sun comes out they should clean up.

Do you rinse them straight away? If not try that, otherwise lots of sun and you'll find any stubborn ones should fade over time. Oh and possibly try a different shampoo??

    Lots of sun here today
