    Default Replacing D'Lish sewn-in booster

I need to replace a sewn-in booster on one of my D'Lish. What is the best way of going about this?

I've already sent back about 10 nappies on 2 different occasions so I'd feel really bad about sending it back again (it was a replacement). I was hoping it would be a simple job to fix it.

well, it would be easy enough to unpick where it's sewn across the back of the shaped booster.
reattaching the new one you have 2 options:

you could just sew it on, through all layers of the nappy, which could potentially lead to an increased chance of wicking where you sew through the PUL outer.

alternatively you could hand-stitch it on, making sure you don't stitch through the outer layer.

or a 3rd option (now that I think of it) woul be to add snaps at the back and make the replacement a snap-in booster.

goodness! maybe it's not the brand for you
i'd just lay in a booster, like Mel said.
not much help with fixing, i'm afraid, we had to ditch our itti's as we reacted to the synthetics, but at least i never had to see such gorgeous nappies fall apart!

what's actually wrong with the booster Noelle?

Kizzzah, just out of curiosity, if you're having a recurring problem where the same thing keeps happening over and over, is there anything you can think of that might be causing the problem?
