Tots bots bamboozle loosing its pile

I have been using a tots bots bamboozle about twice a week for the past 3 months and have just noticed that it has lost a lot of its pile - you know the loop part of the bamboo towelling (this will probably explain the ridiculous amount of lint in my washing machine). It looks like it has bald patches. Has anyone else had this happen? I dry pail, wash it with my other nappies - half a scoop of planet ark sensitive skin washing powder and line dry. What is going on?

Bamboo doesn't have much pile to begin with, i've got a few that have suffered through a lot of wear from both of my boys. They were a lot more plush when new but now that they're 'washed in' they haven't really got much thinner and perform very well for us. It happens to all fabrics with wash, wear and sun

It happened to mine as well (which I barely used), but it still seemed to work well.

This happened with mine about 2 years ago and i looked into it as it was a common problem with them and they said they had fixed the issue way back then but obviously not?
It must be a fault in the production of the towelling...i would go back to whoever you bought it from and complain as it is a definite fault with the nappy
