Ecostore at Woolworths!
Hey all
Just thought I would share my excitment at finding Eco Store brand washing powder (top and front loader varieties!) at my local Woollies yesterday!! It was about $8.50kg, so not as cheap as some...but worth it if you can afford I think. Shame they don't carry the 2kg.  Lindy

Lindy if it was $8.50 for 1kg then Woolies is selling it cheaper than what we can buy it for wholesale

Yep well I just checked my docket and indeed it was $8.50 for the kg box!
It is more exy compared to alot of the other supermarket brands though, but worth it for the benefits (and clearly Woolies are getting it at a cheaper wholsesale price than is normal?!) which does not seem fair to small business at all  ). I would happily pay a bit more for it and buy from a small business, but the convenience of local availability (and not having to pay post/frieght cost) is what I am happy about.

i might have to check out my woolies would love to give it a try I react to so many its a hassle but this sounds like it might be ok for me.....
other thing I was thinking about was trying some soap nuts to see if im ok with them

Because you use less per wash it is still cheaper than some of the dearer well known brands though
 And yes that's super cheap for 1kg the RRP is about $12.50!!!

I just bought the Ecostore dishwashing liquid at Woolworths today! I went in there to see if they had it as I needed some dishwashing liquid...and they did, the tag said it was a new line. $4 for 500ml I think.

I was at Safeway this morning to get some more Ecostore and found it on special for $6.99/kg, so bought a spare for when I run out of this box.
 Thought some of you might like the heads up!
