Help! Little squirt leaking

Hi

I got a little squirt second hand, and have installed it but it is leaking and Im not sure how to fix it.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Where is it leaking from?

Its leaking where its connected to the toilet at the bottom if that makes sense. Not sure if i need something to make it fit more securely?

Our toilet is a Caroma trident only a few years old.

I presume that you screw it on somewhere? Did you use that white plumbers tape around where you screwed it on? That might help.

maybe it needs new washers?

The washers were in really good condition

mine did this between the nozzle and hose, i just sent it back to her and she sent me a replcement, it was crossed threaded. she was very helpful...

my dh suggests teflon tape (plumbers tape) or there is a ball shaped seal that may need to be replaced (on the connector from the little squirt).

(he installed our 2nd hand one from internet instructions).
